Hi, I'm Ewell.

For starters, I've been in your shoes, having made a career transition myself a few years back gaining control over my destiny. Prior to that, I spent 17 years leading major business trade associations.

I consider myself fortunate to have experienced my "ulcer moment" in my early twenties fresh out of grad school, which spurred me, with the support of Jenny (my wife today), to seek fulfillment in my professional journey. I became hyper-intentional in pursuing where my true interests lie.

Along that journey, I had the honor of serving as Executive Director of the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board for nearly 13 years.

Through highs like helping thousands of business owners flourish and lows such as navigating disasters like hurricanes Katrina and the BP Oil Spill rebuilding billions in lost sales twice, I've learned two crucial lessons:

  1. Life's too short to stay in a job you loathe. I've seen too many people stuck in careers that drain them emotionally. And many come to the realization that their current job hasn't provided the financial stability they need.

  2. Community is invaluable in both good times and bad. That's why I'm such an advocate for

entrepreneurship through franchising, where like-minded individuals come together supporting each

other. In short, our franchising community is a passionate group for sure.

I'm here to guide you on your journey to business ownership.
